Monday the 21st of December is the first of what hopes to be the start of a great new regular event for Bridgnorth. A FREE outdoor cinema under the Town Hall! The event is being called ‘Town Hall Films’ (THF) as has been organised by the Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival with the help of the Majestic Cinema and The Friars pub. There will be two films shown: Arthur Christmas at 5:45pm and The Muppets Christmas Carol at 8pm.

Event organiser Mark Branigan said “I have always loved films and I every time I walked under the Town Hall, I kept thinking to myself what a great outdoor cinema this would make. It’s taken a few months to get everything in place but we are so happy that its actually going to happen”.
James from The Friars is donating straw bales as seating for the event so everyone can sit and enjoy the films in this festive event. There will be seating for around 100 so it is advised that you come early to avoid disappointment and wrap up warm.
Hot mulled wine, cider, soft drinks and mince pies will be available to help everyone really get that christmas glow.
