Following the success of local band ‘Drought on Mars’ opening the festival’s High Street stage in 2015, festival organisers have decided to give other up and coming bands a stage. The Bridgnorth Festival Battle of the Bands competition will run during the first week of the festival with winners being given the opening slot at one of the festivals main events.

The Battle of the Bands is being generously sponsored by Bridgnorth Print who are offering a very special prize to the winners.

Monday 22 August 2016 - EDG Rock Battle - The Bear - 8pm - 11pm
Tuesday 23 August 2016 - Quayside Battle - The Friars - 8pm - 11pm
Wednesday 24 August 2016 - High Street Battle - The George - 8pm - 11pm
